Creekshire HOA Annual Meeting
The date for our annual meeting is Monday, Feb 22, 7 pm at Los Arcos restaurant (in the shopping center behind the McDonalds)--please mark your calendars. We will be serving appetizers, beer, and soft drinks, so it will also be a social event and a great opportunity to meet your neighbors.

We will be voting on the 5 board members for this year--the present board members have served for two years and a few of them would like to step down. We need some people to volunteer to serve--contact any board member. Most of our business is conducted by email and we only meet once every 2-3 months--the time required to do the job is very minimal.

Keep it Safe
Please keep your speed in the subdivision to 25 mph or less--we have observed several cars speeding. Also, please avoid parking on the street overnight as much as possible and do not park on both sides of the street because emergency vehicles need room to get thru.
No Dues Increase
The board has decided to keep the dues for 2010 at $400--the bylaws would allow us to raise the dues by 10%, but, because of the economic situation, the dues will remain at $400 for 2010--the payment deadline is April 1--we will mail the statements shortly.
Leave the Outside Lights On
We encourage you to keep your outside lights on or add motion detectors to your
outside lights.

Check your Roofs
Several homes in Creekshire are getting their roofs replaced due to hail/wind damage---check with your insurance company.
If you co need to replace your roof, please fill out a "roofing replacement request" and submit it to the Homeowners Association before your project starts. You can find the forms at www.creekshire.org and you can give the form to any board member.

Air Guns, Pellet Guns and Paint Guns are not to be discharged in our
Common Areas.
